Hina Usmani

Hina Usmani, is a Fellow of ICAP and a pioneer in promoting women in the profession, having introduced a flexible WFH model for women accountants at her firm in 2013. Hina is also the first female Vice President and Council Member of ICAP and currently chairs its CA Women Committee.
As Qualified Chartered Accountant, Fellow Member of both ICAP and ICSP, she brings over 30 years of combined professional and corporate experience. She began her career with Ford Rhodes Robson Morrow in 1991 and developed core expertise in corporate finance and treasury management through senior roles at First Leasing Corporation and First Women Bank.
A trailblazer in inclusive work models, Hina pioneered a remote work framework for women in finance, earning recognition from The World Bank and placing Usmani & Co. among the UN’s Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) signatories.
She made history as the first woman elected to ICAP’s Council (2017–2021), where she has served on strategic committees including the Audit Committee, Examination Committee, and Audit & Ethics Board. Internationally, she represents Pakistan on the Women Committee of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA). She is also active in advocacy through the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and is also a Certified Director serving on government boards.
Her accolades include recognition by the US-Pakistan Women's Council as one of the most inspiring women (2013), finalist for the LadiesFund Momentum Award (2017), and being featured by the Express Tribune and AAT UK as a role model for women in finance.
Huma Pasha

Huma Pasha, is a distinguished accounting professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. She has held significant roles in major organizations like Citibank, Hub Power Company, and Dawood Hercules Group, excelling in areas such as finance, internal auditing, and risk management.
Huma Pasha is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of leadership experience in credit, treasury, and internal audit across major multinational and energy sector organizations. She began her career with Citibank in 1975, serving across Pakistan, UAE, and Bahrain, and later played a pivotal role in structuring the $712M syndicated loan and key commercial agreements for Pakistan’s first IPP, Hubco. As Head of Internal Audit at Hubco and later Group Head Internal Audit at Dawood Hercules, she implemented risk management systems and led internal audit strategy across multiple listed and private entities.
An active contributor to the Institute of Internal Auditors Global for over a decade, she was featured on its annual report cover and has led various professional committees including at ICAP and ISACA. As founding Chairperson of ICAP’s CA Women’s Forum (2010), she played a pioneering role in promoting professional excellence for women CAs. A certified director, she currently serves on the board and chairs the Audit Committee of Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels, while continuing to train professionals across top institutions and forums in Pakistan
